14 of 17 Bihar universities function without pro-VCs for years

During a surprise visit to Patna University, Governor Arif Mohammed Khan learned about administrative challenges faced by the Vice-Chancellor due to the absence of a Pro-Vice-Chancellor. Across Bihar, most of the 17 state-run universities are functioning without a Pro-VC. Only three universities currently have Pro-VCs, but their terms are ending soon.
