Skywatchers are in for a treat as the Southern Delta Aquariids and Alpha Capricornids meteor showers peak tonight, July 29-30. With ideal viewing conditions, including a dark sky free from moonlight, up to 25 meteors per hour may be visible. The Southern Delta Aquariids are expected to be more active, while the Alpha Capricornids are known for their bright fireballs.
