3 BJD members among 12 arrested for murder of BJP advocate Pitabash Panda

BJD leaders Bikram Kumar Panda and Siva Shankar Dash were arrested for allegedly plotting the murder of BJP member Pitabash Panda. The senior advocate was shot dead on October 6. Police stated the murder was a contract killing driven by political and financial motives. The conspiracy involved multiple individuals and was planned to eliminate Panda as a political threat.
