3-member team to probe allegations against Tezpur University VC

A three-member fact-finding committee, headed by IIT-Guwahati director Prof Devendra Jalihal, is investigating allegations of financial and other irregularities against Tezpur University’s Vice-Chancellor, Prof Shambhu Nath Singh. The committee recorded statements from teachers, staff, and students on Sunday and will continue its sessions until Monday evening to gather facts.
