IMD forecast: Heavy rain, thunderstorms, and squally winds forecast across India from October 31

Widespread rainfall, thunderstorms, and gusty winds are forecast across India from October 31 onwards, with heavy to very heavy rain expected in eastern and northeastern states. Southern and central regions will also experience significant weather activity, while a Western Disturbance may bring winter rain to northwestern India.
