Chennai Customs intercepted two passengers arriving from Kuala Lumpur, seizing 10 critically endangered Bali Starlings smuggled for the illegal pet trade. A receiver waiting outside the airport was also apprehended. This marks the first seizure of Bali Mynahs by Customs sleuths at Chennai airport.
