Police arrested four individuals for kidnapping a rice mill owner in Mayurbhanj district. The businessman was abducted on October 23rd and released after his family paid Rs 40 lakh ransom. Authorities have recovered over Rs 8 lakh and are searching for the remaining amount and other suspects.
