Fin Min on 2-day Assam visit; to lay university foundation and open Brahmaputra riverfront project

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will inaugurate Guwahati’s modern river ferry terminal and riverfront project on Friday. She will also attend the Bhumi Pujan for Assam’s first technical and vocational university in Gohpur on Saturday. Sitharaman will inspect the Tata semiconductor project and interact with young entrepreneurs.
