Tripura to host year-long celebration of 150th anniversary of Vande Mataram: Min

Tripura is set to commemorate the 150th anniversary of ‘Vande Mataram’ with a year-long national celebration, commencing Friday. The state’s information and cultural affairs department will orchestrate a series of events culminating on November 7 next year. Chief Minister Manik Saha will inaugurate the main ceremony, with ministers and MPs participating in district-level festivities.
