Railway Protection Force in Dhanbad seized 78 live Indian Flapshell turtles, valued at approximately Rs 7 lakh, from a women’s coach on the Doon Express. The turtles were found in unclaimed bags hidden under seats during a raid based on a wildlife smuggling tip-off.
