Sashmita Mangaraj guides women to a brighter future

Sashmita Mangaraj, a former teacher, established a Farmer Producers Organisation (FPO) in Bhubaneswar, now empowering over 900 women. This initiative, ‘Sai Samarpita’, fosters financial independence through agriculture and entrepreneurship, enabling women to combat domestic violence and achieve self-reliance by cultivating produce and manufacturing value-added products.
