Man held for raping girl in Muzaffarpur

A 13-year-old girl in Muzaffarpur was allegedly raped by a 35-year-old man who broke into her home. The accused, identified as Divya Prakash alias Abhinav, a former LJP-RV labour cell district president, was arrested and sent to jail. He had previously served time for a rape case and was out on bail.
