Girl Child Ganga-Yamuna Scholarship launched in Uttarkashi

Uttarkashi DM Prashant Arya launched the Girl Child Ganga-Yamuna Scholarship Scheme, awarding Rs 21,000 to eight academically excelling girls. This initiative aims to bolster the ‘Save the Girl Child, Educate the Girl Child’ campaign. The event also recognized social workers and disaster responders, concluding Uttarakhand’s silver jubilee celebrations.
