Legendary Japanese actor Tatsuya Nakadai, renowned for his roles in ‘Seven Samurai’ and collaborations with Akira Kurosawa and Masaki Kobayashi, has passed away at 92. His prolific career spanned seven decades, earning him international acclaim and multiple awards, including two Blue Ribbon awards. Nakadai, who considered himself a theatre actor, was also honored with Japan’s Order of Culture in 2015.
