Punjab and Haryana HC directs PSPCL board to decide chief engineer suspension appeal within two months

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has ordered the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited Board to decide Chief Engineer Harish Kumar Sharma’s suspension appeal. The decision must be made within two months. The court has barred the Chairman-cum-Managing Director from participating in this appeal process. Sharma was suspended following allegations of financial losses at power plants.
