Will Bihar have to lift the ban on booze to fulfil freebies?

Nitish imposed prohibition in 2016. But with the Bihar government not having to dig deep into its pockets to fulfil a slew of promises, likely to cost upwards of Rs 28,000 crore, will he have to revoke it?
