A 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped in an SUV by a youth after being lured from an area near Patna. The accused, Sikesh Kumar, was arrested within two hours of the complaint. The victim revealed she was enticed into the vehicle and raped while it was driven towards Nalanda district.
