‘As an Indian-American….’: US diplomat who was posted in Chennai says H-1B is industrialized fraud

US diplomat Mahvash Siddiqui, who was posted in India 20 years ago and was dealing with H-1B visas, claimed that there is a industry in India which is running the H-1B fraud. Appearing on a podcast in her individual capacity, she said she is speaking out of her concerns for American youth and not as a diplomat. She said a myth has been created for years that America needs STEM workers from outside.
