Delhi HC provides temporary relief to Elon Musk’s Tesla in branding case

The Delhi High Court has given Elon Musk’s Tesla a temporary win. A prior commitment by Tesla Power India to not manufacture or market electric vehicles will remain in effect. This comes after Tesla Power India announced plans to enter the EV market. The court order ensures this commitment continues until the lawsuit is resolved.
