A four-year-old girl, abducted from Mumbai’s CSMT, was found six months later in a Varanasi orphanage. Retired constable Rajesh Pandey’s extensive CCTV investigation across multiple states led to her recovery. The child was reunited with her emotional parents after being abandoned by the kidnapper.
