One booked for illegal cough syrup trade in Bokaro

In a significant crackdown on illegal drug trade, Bokaro police have launched a case against Aryan Singh, the proprietor of New Sun Pharma. He’s facing serious allegations of distributing 32,000 bottles of the illicit codeine-based cough syrup, New Phensedyl, alongside 4,000 other codeine products sold through fraudulent invoices.
