Shots fired at Dumka eatery after dispute over food bills

Four men unleashed gunfire on a Dumka restaurant late Sunday after a dispute over food bills, causing panic in a high-security area. Despite the matter reportedly being settled with police presence, the suspects, named by the owner, fired at the closed eatery. Police are investigating and have recovered blank cartridges.
