SC seeks Centre’s response on Sunali’s return from Bangladesh

The Supreme Court has asked the Centre for its response on allowing a pregnant woman, Sonali, and her son to return to India after their deportation to Bangladesh. The court suggested admitting her to a hospital on humanitarian grounds, considering her advanced pregnancy. The Centre will provide its response on Wednesday.
