Paramount writes letter to Warner Bros. Discovery on sale process: ‘It has become increasingly clear…’

Paramount Skydance has challenged the fairness of the sale process for Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) assets. In a letter to WBD CEO David Zaslav, Paramount’s attorneys questioned the “fairness and adequacy” of the process, which began in October. The challenge follows the submission of second-round bids by Paramount, Netflix, and Comcast, all of whom increased their initial offers.
