Bombay HC junks order disqualifying Powai housing society committee for not calling special meet

The Bombay High Court has overturned the disqualification of a housing society’s managing committee, which was imposed for failing to hold a special general body meeting during the Covid-19 pandemic. Justice Amit Borkar ruled that the restrictions in place at the time constituted a reasonable cause for the delay, rendering the disqualification order unsustainable.
