Dai-ichi Life’s first-ever GCC outside Japan set up in Hyderabad

Dai-ichi Life Group has inaugurated its first global capability centre outside Japan in Hyderabad, currently employing 50-60 tech professionals. The centre, established in collaboration with Capgemini on a build-operate-transfer model, will focus on technology development to enhance customer experiences through digital solutions. The company plans to expand the centre to 500-600 employees within the next two to three years.
