TGRERA orders sandstone infra to refund buyer, pay Rs 9 lakh penalty for unregistered project

TGRERA has ordered Sandstone Infra to refund Pinnoji Radha Krishna the full amount he paid for a plot in their Medchal layout. The developer also faces a Rs 9 lakh penalty for failing to register the project. The order declared the firm a defaulter for marketing plots without the necessary project registration and HMDA permission.
