Elon Musk’s xAI is seeking up to $12 billion in funding, following a recent $10 billion raise, to fuel its AI ambitions. The funds, facilitated by Valor Equity Partners, will support the construction of Colossus 2, a massive data center powered by Nvidia chips, to train xAI’s chatbot, Grok.
