Shruti Haasan was surprised when Lokesh Kanagaraj offered her a role in Rajinikanth’s ‘Coolie’ during a meeting for their music video ‘Inimel.’ She clarified that she plays Preethi, the daughter of Sathyaraj’s character, in the action-packed film set to release on August 14, 2025, also starring Nagarjuna Akkineni and Upendra.
