Chhattisgarh HC stays BEO’s order to recover incremented pay from headmaster

The Chhattisgarh High Court has suspended an order from the Block Education Officer (BEO) of Pandariya, Kabeerdham district, which sought to recover incremental pay scale amounts from headmaster Sanjay Kumar Chandravanshi. Chandravanshi had been receiving the increment since January 2021, following a previous High Court directive, before the BEO’s recovery order in May 2025.
