In Dharmasthala, tensions flared as YouTubers covering the SIT exhumation in the alleged mass burials case were assaulted by locals, resulting in minor injuries. Police intervened with a mild lathicharge to control the situation. FIRs are being registered following complaints from YouTubers and a counter-complaint regarding an assault on a reporter.
