Bombay HC directs MPSC to give applicant copy of answersheet during examination process

The Bombay High Court has directed the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) to provide an aspirant with their main examination answer sheet before the results are declared for Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class positions. The court clarified that existing rules do not restrict sharing answer sheets until after the entire examination process concludes.
