Uttarakhand HC refers conflict over anticipatory bail provisions to Chief Justice bench

The Uttarakhand High Court is grappling with the conflict between the new Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) and the state’s amendment to the Code of Criminal Procedure regarding anticipatory bail.
