The Kerala High Court has temporarily halted fraud proceedings against actor Nivin Pauly and director Abrid Shine related to ‘Action Hero Biju 2’, offering Pauly a respite. Co-producer P.S. Shamnas alleged financial fraud, claiming he was cheated out of Rs 1.90 crore after being promised a partnership. Nivin, however, asserts his company owns the rights, accusing Shamnas of forgery.
