A SC-appointed committee has cautioned that the Char Dham all-weather road project in the Bhagirathi eco-sensitive zone could trigger a disaster. Geologist Navin Juyal and environmentalist Hemant Dhyani warned the Union ministry of road transport and highways about the project’s potential impact.
