Oman’s 2025 salary law: What every employer needs to do before the September deadline
Oman’s Ministry of Labour mandates employers to utilize the Wage Protection System (WPS) for salary payments, ensuring transparency and timely compensation. Starting September 2025, 75% of the workforce must be paid via WPS, increasing to 90% by November.
