How to play Delta Force cross-platform?

Delta Force, the long-awaited FPS title, has made its way to consoles after a PC and mobile launch earlier this year. TiMi Studio and Team Jade have developed Delta Force and it allows crossplay between PC and consoles, but mobile devices have been excluded for balance reasons. Cross-progression is there as well.
