The controversy regarding Fortnite’s Kai Cenat skin explained

Popular streamer Kai Cenat is coming to Fortnite with his own skin and accessories. However, unlike other streamer integrations, Cenat’s action faces blowback, due to past challenge put to Cenat by Adin Ross for him to donate to TeamWater and was not supposedly fulfilled. Other streamers’ fans are also disgusted with the Kai Cenat skin.
