In a tragic incident at the Jayanagar BMTC bus terminal, 64-year-old P Sampangi, a daily-wage worker, was fatally run over by an electric bus. He was attempting to board the bus when the driver closed the doors prematurely, causing him to lose balance and fall under the wheels.
