Anantjeet Naruka ends skeet gold drought

Anantjeet Naruka secured the men’s skeet gold at the 16th Asian Championships in Kazakhstan. He overcame strong winds and tough competition. Naruka shot 57 in the final, defeating Kuwait’s Mansour Alrashidi. Qatar’s Ali Ahmed Al-Ishaq won bronze. Suruchi Phogat and Saurabh Chaudhary also claimed bronze in the 10m air pistol mixed team event. The Indian contingent showcased impressive performance.
