Kayastha flavours take centrestage steeped in stories and lots of spice

A Kolkata food pop-up celebrated Kayastha cuisine, blending Mughal artistry with homely flavors. Chef Devyani Bhatnagar and storyteller Shan Bhatnagar presented family recipes, including spicy Jungle chicken crostini and Zafrani murgh.
