Kanagaraj, a long-time admirer of Matheswaran’s bold storytelling, will star in a ‘Devdas’-inspired film penned by Matheswaran. This project marks Kanagaraj’s debut as a lead actor, with an official announcement expected after the release of Kanagaraj’s directorial ‘Coolie’.
