A recent study reveals a U-shaped relationship between vitamin A intake and cancer risk. Insufficient or excessive consumption of vitamin A may elevate the risk of certain cancers, including esophagus, stomach, breast, and rectum. The research suggests a safe intake range of 85.3–104.0 µg/day for minimizing cancer development.
