6 arrested with drug pills, cannabis in Coimbatore

Kuniyamuthur police arrested six individuals from Suguna Puram in Kovaipudur for drug peddling. Authorities seized 1,200 drug pills and 700 grams of cannabis from the gang, who confessed to selling to students and the public. The group sourced drugs from various states and were remanded in judicial custody after appearing in court.
