The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in Ghaziabad has directed Sony India to refund ₹37,000 for a faulty mobile phone to Loni resident Vinod Kumar Tyagi. The commission found Sony guilty of deficiency in service for failing to repair or replace the phone within the warranty period.
