Ganjam administration to plant 6.20 lakh saplings for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday celebration

The Ganjam administration is gearing up for a large-scale tree planting initiative. It plans to plant 6.20 lakh saplings on September 17. This event marks Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday. Panchayats, Mission Shakti groups, and the forest department will contribute significantly. The forest department has ample saplings. The plants will be maintained for three years under MGNREGS.
