US judge to lawyers of Google CEO Sundar Pichai and Donald Trump: Give a substantive plan to settle lawsuit

Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers is pushing for a resolution in Donald Trump’s lawsuit against YouTube and its CEO, Sundar Pichai, regarding his account suspension after the Capitol riot. After private negotiations stalled, the judge has ordered a public update by September 29 and scheduled a videoconference for October 6 to discuss a plan for resolving the case.
