Purnia is set to inaugurate its new airport on September 15th by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, becoming Bihar’s fourth operational civilian airport. Star Air will launch its Ahmedabad-Purnia route under the UDAN scheme, utilizing an Embraer E-175. Regular services will commence on September 29th.
