TCP converts 20k sqm land to settlement,accepts proposals for 1.3L sqm more

Goa’s Town and Country Planning (TCP) department has converted 19,917 sqm of orchard and natural cover land, acting on 18 proposals scrutinized under Section 39A of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act. Hyderabad-based Gangareddy Infra Pvt Ltd is among the beneficiaries, converting land in Morjim for villa construction.
