Edtech firm PhysicsWallah has filed an updated draft prospectus with SEBI for an IPO aiming to raise ₹3,820 crore. The IPO includes a fresh issue of ₹3,100 crore and an offer for sale of ₹720 crore by founders Alakh Pandey and Prateek Maheshwari, each selling shares worth up to ₹360 crore.
